SG ELLISON

PRESIDENT

SG Ellison is the founding member & President of First Street Development. Having spent the last 15 years in the retail development industry SG specializes in retail development including program management, strategic planning, site selection, negations, and financial analysis.


Throughout his career Mr. Ellison directed development programs for clients such as CVS Pharmacy and JPMorgan Chase while helping develop properties for several Fortune 500 retailers..


SG holds a BSE in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University and credits his strong land development foundation in part to his time spent with Jacobs Engineering. SG served on the Board of Directors for the Phoenix Boys & Girls Club and is a member of  ICSC, ULI and ASCE.

BRANDON STEIN

Vice PRESIDENT OF REAL ESTATE

Brandon Stein is responsible for the overseeing the day-to-day operations of market strategy, site selection, acquisitions, and client management.  

Mr. Stein brings a strong business acumen and has extensive experience managing the entire real estate process for many national retailers from initial market strategy, acquisitions, and lease negotiations through store openings, market penetration, and re-positioning.  Mr. Stein has successfully closed over $250MM in real estate and worked on over 200 projects throughout the Western United States.   

Mr. Stein graduated from Arizona State University with a BSE in Business Management. 

 

JASON STYCH

general counsel

Jason oversees all legal aspects of the company and its partnerships.  Prior to joining A & C Ventures, Jason was a partner for over ten years at Kutak Rock LLP in Scottsdale, Arizona.  His practice focused on commercial real estate transactions including matters specifically relating to the acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing, and management of commercial real estate throughout the United States.  Jason graduated from the University of Nebraska with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.  He also received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Nebraska and, thereafter, went on to receive a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in taxation from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.  He is a member of the bar in Arizona (active status) and Colorado (inactive status).

 

Andy seemiller

director OF CONSTRUCTION & ENTITLEMENTS, midwest

Andy Seemiller joins First Street Development as Director of Construction & Entitlements, Midwest.  Mr. Seemiller is responsible for managing the entitlements, design, permitting, and construction activities throughout the life of a project.  He has extensive experience in project, process, and vendor management across various national brands, both on the Corporate & Franchise sides.

 Previously, Mr. Seemiller has spent the past 11 years leading various development projects for national brands, such as Wendy’s, Tide Cleaners & Chick-Fil-A.  In addition, has lead retail shopping center remodels & tenant infills, multi-floor office remodels, new industrial warehouse construction & rehab industrial warehouse make ready, across the United States. 

Mr. Seemiller graduated from the University of Kansas with an M-ARCH in Architecture, where he participated in a LEED Platinum project as part of Studio 804.

Brooks Hoffman

Real Estate Manager

After graduating from the University of Southern California in 2022 with a degree in business administration and emphasis in real estate finance, Brooks joins the First Street Development team as a Real Estate Manager based out of Los Angeles.

Prior to joining the team full time, Brooks worked as a summer intern in 2021 in the Phoenix office. Brooks will be working to expand and manage the First Street Development real estate in the Los Angeles and broader west coast market.

CHRIS CZYZ

VICE PRESIDENT OF DEVELOPMENT

Chris Czyz is responsible for managing all project teams and developments including entitlements and construction activities. He has extensive experience in the development industry including acquisitions, entitlements, engineering, and construction.

Mr. Czyz’s responsibilities include life-cycle project management of contractors, architects, engineers, scientists, and attorneys. Mr. Czyz has acted as developer / owner representative for over 500 projects and includes development and delivery of stores for major restaurant/retail clients such as Taco Bell, Arby’s, CVS/pharmacy, and JPMorgan Chase


Mr. Czyz graduated from University of Arizona with a BSE in Civil Engineering and was a registered professional engineer in AZ and CA prior to his current role and is certified as a LEED™ AP.

Max dicarlo

director OF real estate & DEVELOPMENT, midwest

Max DiCarlo joins First Street Development as Director of Real Estate & Development, Midwest after 6 years as a top producer at Block & Company, Inc., Realtors – an industry leader in commercial real estate brokerage and development in Kansas City, MO. In his time at Block & Company, DiCarlo successfully transacted over $200M in real estate, with a primary focus on the Midwest United States.

DiCarlo’s responsibilities at First Street Development include procurement of development opportunities, oversight of development projects, procurement and analysis of acquisition opportunities, landlord/tenant representation, and investment sales. Max’s clients list includes Taco Bell, Domino’s, Culver’s, MurphyUSA, Scooter’s, Valvoline, Captain D’s, CycleBar, Dogtopia, Scooter’s Coffee, Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and more.

Mr. DiCarlo graduated from University of Missouri – Kansas City with a BBA in Real Estate and is licensed in both Kansas and Missouri. He is a member of KCRAR and ICSC.

TYLER WALKER

DIRECTOR OF LEASING

Tyler Walker joins First Street Development as Director of Leasing after spending two plus years at SRS Real Estate Partners in San Francisco. where his primary focus was tenant and landlord representation. Mr. Walker's project leasing includes clients BevMo, Walgreens, O'Reilly, Taco Bell, and Golden Gate Bell. 

Prior to his work at SRS, Mr. Walker played fourteen years of professional baseball with the New York Mets, San Francisco Giants, Philadelphia Phillies and Washington Nationals. 

His experience working in a team environment has helped him transition well into the commercial real estate world.  Driven and focused, Mr. Walker brings the same tenacity displayed on the mound to his role at First Street Development as Director of Leasing.

JACKSON McCULLOUGH

PROJECT MANAGER

After graduating from the University of Las Vegas Nevada in 2021 with a bachelor's degree in Communication Studies, Jackson joins the First Street Development team as the project manager with an emphasis on all aspects of construction.  Jackson is based out of Los Angeles. 

Prior to joining the team, Mr. McCullough played NCAA Division I football at Colorado State and UNLV.  He also worked as an administrative assistant for South Coast Commercial Real Estate.  His unique skillset from these experiences will bring a competitive edge and progressive leadership to the company. 

Jackson will be working to expand and manage the First Street Development construction projects on the west coast.
